Established in 1959, Sigma Group is a shareholding company with business activities in diversified fields. The group operates in various industries such as supplies, petroleum services, marine equipment and real estate.

Sigma Properties is the group’s arm in the real estate business and functions as both a developer and property manager. We acquire unique properties around the cities of Cairo and Alexandria, refurbishes them in a manner that captures their former glory, and reintroduces them in the market as functional assets, be it for residential, touristic and commercial purposes.

Our portfolio spans across a spectrum of heritage buildings from Neo Islamic to Gothic Venetian and Neo Romanico. Our properties include architectural master pieces by names such as Ricardo Smith and G.A Loria.
